Coconut milk fish curry

Clean the fish and take it. Cut the ginger to half the size of your thumb and chop it into small pieces. Cut the garlic in half and mash it. Grate the coconut and keep the first milk and second milk separately. Red onion can also be chopped.
Now, put the cleaned fish into the curry pan. Add ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, chilli powder, fish masala, coriander powder, salt and kudampuli to it. Add the second milk of coconut and heat the pan on high flame. While boiling, reduce the flame to low. Cover and keep it for another ten minutes. When the fish is fried, you can add the first milk. Now put out the fire.
Heat a pan on the stove and add coconut oil. Add red onion and curry leaves to it. When the onion turns red, add it to the pan. Curry is ready.
