Add the second milk of coconut and heat the pan on high flame. While boiling, reduce the flame to low. Cover and keep it for another ten minutes. When the fish is fried, you can add the first milk. Now put out the fire.

Heat a pan on the stove and add coconut oil. Add red onion and curry leaves to it. When the onion turns red, add it to the pan. Curry is ready.
