Ingredients
- Chicken, 1 1/2 kg
- Peri Peri Sauce, 6 Tbsp
- Chopped black pepper, 1 tsp
- ground red pepper, 1 tsp
- Chicken cubes, 1 no
- Soy sauce, 2 meals
- Worcester sauce, 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice, 4 tbsp
- Garlic, minced, 2 tbsp
- Paprika powder, 1 teaspoon
- Salt, to taste
- Oil, for frying
To make the Perry sauce
- Kashmiri red chillies, 6 nos
- Red pepper proof, 12 to 15 pcs
- Red pepper, chopped, 2 tbsp
- oil, 1 quarter cup
- White vinegar, ½ cup
- Onion, 1 pc
- Tartary, half a teaspoon
- Garlic, 4 yokes
- Coriander, chopped, one teaspoon
- Salt, to taste
- Rye powder, 1 tsp
Composition
To make peri peri sauce, blend all the ingredients for making peri peri sauce. Piri Piri sauce is ready.
First of all, in a pot add peri peri sauce, chopped garlic, paprika powder, lemon juice, crushed chicken cube, chopped black pepper, crushed red pepper, soy sauce, worcester sauce, salt, and mix well. Mix.
Now add chicken to it and marinate well.
Keep it for at least two to three hours. Try letting it sit overnight after netting it.
Now cook it for twenty minutes. Remove the chicken from the sauce and shift to another vessel. Do not discard leftover sauce. It can be eaten with rice or chicken.
Now heat oil in a frying pan and shallow fry all the chicken pieces. And take out everything that is brown.
