    • 250 g oat flakes
    • 3 TL Backpulver
    • 1 pinch of salt
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 2 tbsp brown sugar
    • 250 ml milk
    • 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
    • 2 Owner
    • 1 EL Butter
    • 150 g berries (e.g. raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)

    Preparing baked oats with berries is easy and quick:

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat.
  • Mix the oats, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and brown sugar in a baking dish.
  • Whisk together the milk, vanilla extract and eggs in a separate bowl and add to the oat flakes. Mix everything together well.
  • Melt butter in the microwave and stir into the oatmeal mixture. Fold in the berries and pour the mixture into the prepared form.
  • Bake the baked oats in the oven for regarding 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with additional berries, yogurt, honey or syrup if desired and enjoy!
