Jules, who had been living with his parents until then, signed the deed of purchase of his house and received the keys on March 1. Jules then went to the Commune for his change of address, and by the time the checks were done, he was domiciled “at home” before March 10.

What Jules should have done? Go get a few cans of fuel oil from his supplier, pour them himself into his tank before being officially domiciled, and only then have 1000 liters delivered… It’s true that everyone thinks about that when buying a house!
