A somewhat rare operation. Ubisoft announced to the public that “Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake” (Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake) was transferred from Ubisoft’s studio in India to Ubisoft Montreal to lead development.
This “remake” was originally handed over to Ubisoft Pune (Pune) and Ubisoft Mumbai (Mumbai) in India, but both developers are currently facing reorganization and will bring more classic remakes when they are ready.
Ubisoft Montreal (Ubisoft Montreal) is not only a major development center for Ubisoft, but also the origin of the “Sands of Time of Prince of Persia” trilogy.
“Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remastered”, which was first revealed by Ubisoft Forward in 2020, was originally scheduled to be launched on January 21, 2021, and was once postponed to March of the same year, but finally announced an infinite extension in February.
The reason was not stated at the time, but now it seems to be related to the results of internal development.
In short, “Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remastered” has returned to the most familiar Ubisoft Montreal, and the rest is waiting for good news.
