Delay in startup –

Until midday, this Saturday, May 11, the entrance exams for the Normal School of Administration (ENA). In all examination centers, particularly at the Lycée Paul Indjendje Gondjout, many duly registered applicants had still not found their names on the posted lists.

On site, the organizers talk regarding the computer problems causing the delays and malfunctions observed in the start of the tests, a source of deep inconvenience for the candidates.

The written tests for the ENA eligibility competition (internal and external), scheduled for this Saturday May 11 and Sunday May 12, cover the disciplines of general culture dissertation, public law or general economics dissertation, cooperation dissertation and regional integration, English, administrative writing or summary of general economics of law (for interns).

For this 2024 session, four thousand (4000) candidates are applying for eligibility at the Normal School of Administration, for which the age limit for external applications has been exceptionally increased to 38 years, instead of 33, by decision of the president of the transition, Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguéma.

This decision also concerns entrance exams to other major national schools, in particular the School of Preparation for Administrative Careers (EPCA) and the National School of Cadastre and Geographic Sciences (ENCSG).

The ENA entrance exam has not been organized for five (5) years. After the written tests, the oral admission test will be open to candidates who have obtained an average of at least 10 out of 20.

Internally, this competition should notably allow one hundred (100) civil servants from the General Directorate of Budget and Public Finances from the A2, B1, B2 and C hierarchies to train this year in order to move up in category or grade.
