Nearly half (44%) of online shoppers say they’ll give up on a purchase if delivery is too late. That’s what the yearbook says Trends 2022, made in partnership between Octadesk and Opinion Box. The data also reveals that users expect more speed from e-commerce companies, since 73% expect ultra-fast delivery offers.
