Del Bosque added: “Xavi is waiting for hard work with FC Barcelona because he arrived at a very complicated time, but he is making a great effort with the team and is improving day by day.”
Regarding Barcelona’s young elements, he pointed out: “It is very good that there are elements like Javi and Pedri. Xavi and Iniesta were legends, but I think the young duo are on the right path to reach them.”
And he continued: “Real Madrid should not worry at all because it is only one match. You may be unsuccessful in one day, but this does not mean that the team is on the right path.”
He stressed: “Real Madrid is presenting good levels, and I believe that it does not need major reinforcements at the level of the transfer market.”
He concluded regarding Spain’s campaign in the World Cup: “We certainly wanted to provide better levels than that, but the national team has a wonderful future in the future.”
Barcelona won the fourteenth title of the Spanish Super Cup, following Real Madrid won 3-1 in the match that was held at King Fahd International Stadium, “The Radiant Jewel”.
