This Friday, Anderlecht made their comeback with a trip to Union Saint-Gilloise. And once once more the Mauves bowed to their neighbor.
“The first half was disappointing. It was weak, we weren’t good enough. We created more chances in the second half. But… at the moment it sucks. We’ll have to build on basis of the second half,” Kasper Dolberg told Eleven following the game. “It’s hard to explain why we got off to such a bad start. We knew Union would start this way. The first half killed us.”
“Move on”
And Dreyer agrees: “The first half was not good enough, we played too often with long balls. We are not happy. But we have to move on.”
It is now on the first home game of the season that Anderlecht must focus. A duel once morest Antwerp which should make it possible to offer something more interesting, failing which the tension risks once once more settling in the stands.
