- 1. Prepare a Slowbro with Life Orb and moves: Power Reserve, Iron Defense, Scheme and Psychic Field. IVs can be raised in HP and Special Attack, but it is not required

- 3. Use Scheme three times
- 4. Use Psychic Field
- 5. Use Power Reserve and Cinderace is knocked out in one hit
