A hotel where guests can sleep in an underground mine opens in the UK. It is known as the ‘deepest hotel in the world’. The name of this hotel is Deep Sleep Hotel. Here, guest rooms are arranged at a depth of 1,375 feet. Located below the Snowdonia mountains in Wales, the hotel is officially the deepest in the world, Metro reported. The hotel is owned by Go Below. Here guests must travel down an abandoned mine to reach their accommodation.

According to information provided on the company website, the underground mine has four private twin-bed cabins and a romantic grotto with a double bed for guests. A one-night stay for two in a private cabin costs around Rs 36,000 and a two-person stay in a grotto costs around Rs 57,000. The place is open for guests from Saturday night to Sunday morning by advance booking.

Meals available at the hotel are meat, vegetarian and vegan. Apart from this, the residents can bring food from outside to the hotel. Children above the age of 14 are allowed in the hotel with an adult. Traveling to this hotel is not as easy as it seems. The world’s deepest abandoned slate mine is only a 45-minute trek away. Again we have to travel through the mine for regarding 60 minutes. For this you will get special boots, helmet and light.
