Decree text:
In connection with the stabilization of the epidemic situation caused by the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), and the transfer of medical workers to a planned work schedule, I decide:
1. Recognize as invalid:
Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of May 6, 2020 No. 313 “On the provision of additional insurance guarantees to certain categories of medical workers” (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2020, No. 19, art. 2977);
Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of July 30, 2020 No. 487 “On Amendments to the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of May 6, 2020 No. 313 “On the Provision of Additional Insurance Guarantees to Certain Categories of Medical Workers” (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2020, No. 31 , item 5163);
Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of February 1, 2021 No. 60 “On additional state guarantees for certain categories of citizens” (Sobraniye Zakonodatelstva Rossiyskoy Federatsii, 2021, No. 6, Art. 962).
2. Establish that in the event of the occurrence (occurrence) before the date of entry into force of this Decree of insured events provided for by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated May 6, 2020 No. 313 “On the provision of additional insurance guarantees to certain categories of medical workers”, and the grounds provided for by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated February 1, 2021 No. 60 “On additional state guarantees for certain categories of citizens”, obligations to provide additional insurance guarantees (additional state guarantees) to employees of medical organizations listed in the said decrees of the President of the Russian Federation are subject to full execution.
3. The provision of state guarantees to employees of medical organizations providing medical care to patients who have confirmed the presence of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), and patients with suspected infection, is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4. The Government of the Russian Federation to bring its acts in line with this Decree.
5. This Decree comes into force from the date of its signing.
