In a decree read on national television this Thursday, August 31, 2023, the president of the transition, Colonel Mamady Doumbouya proceeded to the appointment of two army officers to high positions.
It is :
1- Colonel Saloumba Condé previously in service at the general direction of military stewardship is now appointed director of military clothing factories;
2-Captain Youssouf Koulibaly previously in service of the military clothing factories is appointed technical director of the said factories.
