PAGUYUBAN Sundanese Residents of Cilegon City (Pagar Suci) declared support for the candidate pair for mayor and deputy mayor, Robinsar and Fajar Hadi Prabowo in the 2024 Cilegon regional elections.
In his statement, the Chairman of Pagar Suci, Irfan Ali Hakim, said that the declaration of support for candidate pair number one Robinsar-Fajar came from the aspirations of the management and all members of the Sundanese people who already live and reside in Cilegon City.

According to him, of the entire population of Cilegon City, currently there are around 12.7% or around 27 thousand Sundanese people who have settled in Cilegon City.
“We, the Cilegon Sundanese Community Association, provide full support and are ready to win Robinsar-Fajar. Hopefully it will be significant enough to provide victory on November 27,” said Irfan after declaring his support for Pagar Suci to Robinsar-Fajar at RM Sari Galuh, Grogol, Sunday ( 3/11).
Support for the candidate pair with the tagline Young Dare to Move Forward, said Irfan, is not without reason. This is because Robinsar-Fajar is considered a regional head candidate who has a long future in leading.

Apart from that, Irfan said that Robinsar and Fajar also had close ties with their ancestors from the land of Sunda. Robinsar has a Sundanese wife, while Fajar Hadi Prabowo has Sundanese blood from his mother.
“Then both of them are business figures who have finished with themselves (finished with their personal interests). We are sure that they will fully serve the people of Cilegon City and have a high commitment to advancing the people of Cilegon,” said Irfan.
On that occasion, Robinsar-Fajar was given a souvenir by Pagar Suci in the form of a traditional Sundanese weapon in the form of a Kujang. The Kujang weapon was given as a symbol for Robinsar-Fajar to be strong and brave in his steps, as well as trustworthy when he later becomes mayor and deputy mayor of Cilegon.

“It is a symbol of the Sundanese people, giving souvenirs as a form of strength, a symbol of spirit, a symbol of encouragement and support. So that you are not afraid to face any obstacles in this Pilkada event, don’t be afraid, because we have given a symbol of strength in the form of a kujang souvenir ,” he said.
“At the same time, it is also a symbol of the mandate, so that when Robinsar-Fajar is destined to become mayor and deputy mayor, he will not forget and be able to accommodate the aspirations of the people in Cilegon City,” said Irfan.
In the same place, the number one candidate for mayor of Cilegon, Robinsar expressed his appreciation for the mandate from Pagar Suci who had entrusted his support to two young figures who were paired as regional head candidates in the Cilegon regional elections.
