The President of the Republic has taken the following decisions:
• Under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Senegalese Abroad
Army General Cheikh WADEis appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Senegal to His Majesty King Charles III, of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, with residence in London, replacing Madame Fatimata DIA DIAGNE, called to d ‘other functions.
Mr Gorgui CISSSenior Foreign Affairs Advisor, previously Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Senegal to Japan, is appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Senegal to the Right Honorable Mary Jeannie May SIMON, Governor General of Canada, with residence in Ottawa, replacing of Mrs. Viviane Laure Elisabeth BAMPASSY, called to other functions.
Mr. Kemoko DIAKITESenior Foreign Affairs Advisor, previously Ambassador, Director of Legal and Consular Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Senegalese Abroad, is appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Senegal to His Excellency Mr. Abdel Fatah AL-SISI , President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, with residence in Cairo, in replacement of Mr. Aboubacar SARR, called to other functions.
