A two-member bench comprising Justice Alia Neelam and Justice Farooq Haider of the Lahore High Court heard the case while Fawad Chaudhry appeared in the court along with his wife Haba Fawad.

Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Amir Farooq heard the contempt petition against the Interior Secretary and others.
Qaiser Imam appeared on behalf of Fawad Chaudhry and stated that the Interior Secretary presented a list of 26 cases against Fawad Chaudhry in the court. Islamabad High Court was defrauded by not providing.
Fawad Chaudhary requested that contempt of court action be taken against the parties for misleading the court.
