At the beginning of March, the Spaniard Ana Aguilo replaced the Hungarian Gabor Posfai, who is returning to his homeland following six years for family reasons.
Aguilo has been with Decathlon since 2004. The company entered the Austrian market in 2018 and increased sales by 25 percent to 42 million euros in 2023. As reported, the sixth Austria branch will open in June in PlusCity in Pasching. There are 180 employees in Austria.
