After the megaprojects in renewable energy (ENR), the Nareva group is embarking on green installations of smaller sizes.
The subsidiary of the Al Mada group, which in 2013 was one of the first private operators to operate wind farms in Morocco, is seeking to develop the profession of EPCist (operator responsible for engineering, construction and purchase) by REC. Also, following having started with the first intra-group operations, Nareva Services, the new subsidiary dedicated to this activity, is gradually beginning to broaden the spectrum of its intervention by offering its services to customers outside the Al Mada group.

It must be said that the decarbonization needs of the economy and in particular in the blind spot of the Moroccan green energy mix, namely the medium voltage supply, creates a new air call for EPCists, developers and other installers. to meet growing demand. Nareva Services does not intend to stop at the sale of equipment (photovoltaic type), but also offers innovative financing solutions in Morocco called third-party investment.
Offers that allow the customer to benefit from a solar park and its electricity produced for a fixed contractual period, in return for a fixed fee before recovering full ownership of the equipment at the end of the contract. This alternative solution to bank debt is finding more and more industrial followers who do not wish to invest themselves in non-critical and/or non-strategic infrastructures, but who nevertheless have the concern to decarbonize their process.

The problem is that to provide this kind of solutions, you have to have deep pockets and mobilize financing over long periods (a single customer like COPAG who is looking to install a solar farm of nearly 5 MW requires an investment of more than of 30 million dirhams). However, in Morocco, no institutional financial actor has emerged to date to meet this kind of need, while elsewhere, the decarbonization of industry and commercial activities has relied heavily on the most diversified financing. including the third-party investor mode.
