The debates will be held Monday at 2:00 p.m. at the Justitia in Haren, where the proceedings of the Brussels Assize Court will begin a few hours earlier on the subject of the sentences to be imposed on the eight of the ten accused of the attacks of March 22, 2016 found guilty.
Counsel for Salah Abdeslam consider that such a transfer would violate Articles 3, 6, 8 and/or 13 of the European Convention on Human Rights. On July 25, Salah Abdeslam was found guilty by the jury of assizes, murder and attempted murder in a terrorist context and membership in a terrorist group.
