Death Stranding 2: Kojima hints at Game Awards performance

In the new week the The Game Awards 2022 will take place and then there will most likely be more clarity as to what Hideo Kojima is currently working on. The cult developer himself now indicates a corresponding announcement.

Chances are high that Hideo Kojima will announce his next game at The Game Awards 2022 in a few days. The same was already suspected anyway, since journalist and host Geoff Keighley and Hideo Kojima have a long-lasting good working relationship – but now Kojima has confirmed this fact in another teaser.

In the last few weeks, Kojima has repeatedly hinted at his next project through teasers via social media. Accordingly, Elle Fanning and Shioli Kutsuna will play leading roles in the title, but concrete details were left open.

Kojima has now published a new teaser image via Twitter, showing three logos and the words “Start a new journey.” is garnished. The tweet was subsequently picked up by Geoff Keighley via the official Game Awards Twitter account, so it can be considered certain that the title will now be shown there.
