In Egypt, Nathalie Marquay met a lookalike of her husband Jean-Pierre Pernaut and shared his photo on social networks, this Sunday, August 28.

He left us almost six months ago. After 33 years of presenting the 1 p.m. news from TF1 and long months of fighting lung cancer, Jean-Pierre Pernaut died on March 2.

His wife, Nathalie Marquay has multiplied the tributes to the emblematic journalist of TF1, in the media but also on social networks.

Double or not?

The one who is also a columnist for the program Touche pas à mon poste, posted an amazing story this Sunday, August 28. We see the photo of a group of four men seated on the terrace of a café. In the center, one of them looks like Jean-Pierre Pernaut.

“Incredible the double of my love in Egypt”, she captioned her story. Before posting a second snapshot, with the man in question in close-up. “What do you think? I know that on earth we all have a look-alike”she posted, inviting internet users to give their opinion.
