The Prime Minister reacted following the death of the kountigui of the Basse Côte this Thursday, October 31, 2024.
Bah Oury says he is saddened by the death of Elhadj Sékhouna Soumah, “an eminent moral personality of Guinea (…) an actor and witness to the great achievements of the political and social history of our country in recent decades. The loss is immense for the entire national community,” reacted the head of government.
“I bow to the memory of the illustrious deceased,” he added, presenting on behalf of the government and the Head of State his “sincere condolences to the people of Guinea, to the Soumah family and allies, to the communities of Lower Guinea and the country’s regional coordinations. Rest in peace, big baobab!
