Police Chief Stacey Graves said in a press conference that the authorities arrested 3 people and are under investigation into the accident that occurred outside the Union Train Station.
Greaves added that investigators have not yet found any motive behind the accident.
Fire Department Chief Ross Grandison explained in a press conference that at least 22 people were injured by gunshots, and one of them died.
