Regarding a woman in her 20s who was found collapsed at Inha University early this morning and eventually died, the police are investigating a man in her 20s who was with the woman just before she died as a suspect.
The Incheon Michuhol Police Station announced today that a man who was an acquaintance of a woman in her 20s who died today was charged with rape and murder.
The man reportedly drank with the woman until his death and contacted the police himself.
Earlier today, around 4 am, a woman in her 20s was found on the campus of Inha University in Michuhol-gu, Incheon, with her clothes off and bleeding on her head.
When ambulances were called to report a passerby, the woman was in cardiac arrest and was taken to the hospital, but eventually died around 7 am today.
It is said that a witness reported to the police that “a woman who appears to be drunk is lying on the floor naked.”
The woman who died was identified as an Inha University student.
The police plan to apply for an arrest warrant focusing on the possibility that a woman in her 20s fell from a building and died while trying to commit a sex crime.
