Batgirl was canceled a long time ago. However, it seems that DC Comics has forgotten. Unintentionally, she has publicly promoted it.
DC Comics Accidentally Promoted Canceled Batgirl Movie. Fans have seen the logo of the heroine of the Batman mythology on a cardboard advertisement for Blue Beetle. That means Warner Bros. Pictures is accidentally promoting a movie it has cancelled. In fact, a movie starring Leslie Grace that was canceled a few months ago.
Marketing is kicking up. We love to see it

Warner Bros. Pictures
The user of X (the social network formerly known as Twitter) Croc_Block posted images of that promotional carton. This came to increase the expectation for the next Blue Beetle movie. If you look closely, you can see a series of logos at the bottom below the message “Check out all the DC Comics movies coming soon.” That included a logo from the Batgirl movie. The other logos were from Black Adam, The Batman, Aquaman 2, Superpets and The Flash. Which probably means the booth is older, but it’s still a marketing accident.
Warner’s last year with the DCEU has been full of mistakes
After Warner Bros. Pictures had just cleaned up the problems for the surprising cancellation of Batgirl last year, it looks like this is only going to start the raging social media machine going once more. This is an unforced error and feels like another misstep in what has been a series of mistakes made by DC Studios and Warner Bros. Discovery over the past year.
It’s unclear how this marketing blunder has happened at DC Comics, but it is very likely that it is an old stand that the store just pulled with no clue that Batgirl was in it. This may be an indication of the lack of marketing budget that Warner Bros. Pictures seems to be currently suffering from with some of the lower status superhero movies.
