Days before Liga MX resumes, Tigres separates two players from the squad – Fox Sports

Tigres has made it clear that they are still active in the market, as Gerardo Torrado indicated during the presentation of their new recruits. However, they are more secretive regarding the Departures section. Although there has been no official announcement, two players are on the way out and are currently training separately from the team.

Regarding this situation, Gerardo Torrado, the club’s sports director, clarified that this is not a definitive farewell but did not rule out any possibilities.

“Luis has contributed a lot over the last few years. It is a rather large squad, and the coach must select the appropriate players for each match; that’s what has transpired—Pauno utilizes specific players based on certain roles and the characteristics of the opponent.

“The market is open for both arrivals and departures. (Luis Quiñones) is part of the team; he is training with everyone, and whether he participates fully in training or in other areas is a decision made by the coaching staff,” stated the manager to RG The Sports.
