On the 6th, the 12th Criminal Agreement of the Seoul Western District Court (Chief Judge An Dong-beom) sentenced Mr.

In the sentence, the court said, “The serious result of the victim’s death has occurred, and the final sentence was decided in consideration of the fact that the accused sincerely apologized to the bereaved family and was not forgiven.”

However, he said, “The defendant is a lover and the victim, and although they often quarreled during dating, they did not have a continuous assault relationship before the crime.”

He also said, “It is difficult to admit that he intentionally killed the victim,” he said.

At a meeting with reporters right following the sentencing, the bereaved family said they hoped the prosecution would appeal. In the meantime, the bereaved family has been appealing that A should be charged with murder.
