Dates have been known for their high nutritional value for years. It is a rich source of many essential elements for the body. Which made it a natural remedy for many diseases with the health benefits it provides. The benefits of dates are not limited to it only, but also to its kernels.

The ability of the date kernel to treat diseases is due to its richness in amino acids, oxalic acid, and natural fibers useful for the digestive system.
