**Interview with Ryan Cornish, Dartmouth College Men’s Basketball Player**
**Editor:** Thank you for joining us, Ryan. Congratulations on your first career double-double against Sacred Heart! How does it feel to achieve that milestone?
**Ryan Cornish:** Thank you! It feels incredible. I’ve worked hard for this moment, and to contribute to the team’s victory in such a significant way makes it all the more special.
**Editor:** You scored 14 points and grabbed 10 rebounds in that game. Can you tell us what was working for you on the court?
**Ryan Cornish:** I’d say it was a combination of good teamwork and being in the right spots at the right times. Cade [Haskins] and Jackson [Munro] both had great games, which definitely opened things up for me. Plus, our focus on defense led to opportunities to grab those rebounds and create second-chance points.
**Editor:** The Big Green took control late in the first half and never looked back. What did that turning point in the game feel like for the team?
**Ryan Cornish:** It felt great! Once we took the lead, there was a surge of energy on the court. We knew we had to keep pushing, and I could feel the momentum shifting in our favor. It really elevated our gameplay, and we executed our game plan well.
**Editor:** Looking ahead, you have a match against UAlbany on November 13. What preparations are you and the team focusing on ahead of that game?
**Ryan Cornish:** We’re focusing on refining our defense and improving our transition game. UAlbany is a tough team, and we want to come out strong right from the tip-off. We’re also reviewing the film from our last game to see what we can learn and build upon for this matchup.
**Editor:** The game is at Leede Arena again, where your crowd support has been strong. How much does the home court advantage mean to you and the team?
**Ryan Cornish:** It means a lot! The energy from our fans gives us that extra boost, especially in close games. It feels great to have the community behind us, and we want to put on a good show for them.
