Esraa Rakha suffers from severe pain due to her pregnancy and her drug use during events Fire series Episode 22, Tariq (Ahmed Ghazzi) tries to follow her to the hospital, but the doctor tells them that her fetus has deformities and needs analyzes and surgery, so Tariq asks for Mahra’s help and leaves his girlfriend and goes once more to the drug dealer.

The episode also witnesses the vision of Mahra Youmna (Huda Al-Etribi), accompanied by Adham, from behind her husband, to photograph her, then Jaber (Ahmed Al-Awadi) threatens Anwar (Ahmed Badir) to stay away from him and not stand in his way and the path of his new work.
