Elected Customer Service of the Year for the third time in a row, Dar Al Amane capitalizes on its know-how in the field of customer relations and meets the expectations of its customers. The latter are placed at the center of all initiatives, from the design of offers, through the definition of processes and commercial paths.

This is your 3rd time. How did you achieve this?
We are honored to receive this distinction for the third consecutive year. This represents a consecration and recognition of the continuous efforts made by our teams, both within the network and at headquarters, to respond in a professional manner and adapted to the needs of our individual, professional and business customers. Since the launch of our activity on the participatory banking market six years ago, Dar Al Amane has made quality of service the central pillar of its strategy. This was crucial in gaining the trust of our customers, by offering them a quality service and establishing a local banking relationship. For this edition, we capitalized on the strong points of the previous ones and we worked hard to improve the aspects where we had fallen behind.

How do you mobilize the teams around this project?
We place it at the center of all our initiatives, whether in the design of our offers, the definition of our business processes and journeys, or as an essential pillar of our corporate culture. It represents a real reason for being that we instill in our employees every day. Our teams’ adherence to this culture is clearly reflected in the excellent results we obtained when evaluating customer relationship management within the agencies in our network, whether during physical or remote commercial contacts. . On this occasion, I would like to express my sincere congratulations to our teams for their commitment and remarkable contributions.

What does this mean to you ?
The continued evolution of our customer service is part of a dynamic process, given that developments in our business and changes in our customers’ behavior are trends that will continue. Consequently, our orientation is resolutely focused on continuing our constant quest for innovative solutions for our customers. Our commitment is to offer them an exceptional quality experience every day.
