It’s time to take stock of AEW’s latest injuries following articles regarding Dante Martin and Matt Jackson over the weekend.
Tough scene during ROH Supercard of Honor when Top Flight’s Dante Martin fractured his leg. Dante Martin gave an update on Twitter saying he was released from the hospital and happy to be working for a guy like Tony Khan and he thanked the AEW medical team:
Blessed to work for a guy like @TonyKhan ???????? Great to see him right following getting out the hospital last night! Thank you @DocSampson13 and @AEW medical staff!! Comeback Szn????????✈️ https://t.co/DWn3QeDzpW

It is currently too early to have a date for his return, but it should be in the far future given the seriousness of the injury.
At the level of Matt Jackson of the Young Bucks, the return should be done in a few weeks. In the latest YouTube episode of ”Being The Elite”, Matt Jackson confirmed that he suffered a torn bicep and has seen many doctors. He and the medical team made the decision to avoid the operation and to follow numerous therapy sessions. With this option, the return of Matt Jackson should be possible in a few weeks, with the operation it would have been a few months:
Matt Jackson confirms that he has a partially torn bicep but following consulting multiple doctors he will be opting out of surgery and will only be out for weeks, not months???????????? #AEW pic.twitter.com/8kVGqhLkSZ
