A few days ago, Daniel Alcaíno spoke with Mauricio Pinilla on his Fuera del Área program, where he referred to his upcoming presentation at the 2023 Viña del Mar Festival.
While talking regarding the possible days when the actor who plays Yerko Puchento might perform, he gave the name of a Chilean artist who has not been confirmed for the contest.

Yerko will be one of the comedians who will have to make the Monster of Quinta Vergara laugh. While the comedians and most of the artists have already been confirmed, not all of them have been revealed yet.
“We reached agreements, we are anxious, with a lot of desire, with a thousand adrenaline”, he started commenting on his debut in the contest.
Along the same lines, he commented that he has been adjusting his routine since it was confirmed that he would go to the festival and mentioned that he had not yet assigned a day.
It was then that Daniel commented that “it might be the second night, that Maná goes with Beto Cuevas or another possibility is to go the night of Fito Páez with someone to be confirmed.”
The actor’s statement did not go unnoticed by some media, since Beto Cuevas has not been confirmed for the festival. Therefore, Alcaíno’s statements would indicate that the former vocalist of La Ley might join the contest’s grill.
Likewise, Daniel assured that “I prefer that night that I name you first, if it is Maná with Beto Cuevas, it is a fifty-year-old audience, I am fifty years old, obviously jokes work with my memories.”
It is worth mentioning that the artists confirmed by Viña 2023 are Karol G, Christina Aguilera, Maná, Fito Páez, Polimá Westcoast, Paloma Mami, Nicky Nicole, Camilo, Alejandro Fernández and Los Jaivas. Then only one artist would be missing to announce to complete the grid.
