The Minister of Public Health, Firas Abyad, wrote in a tweet on his account on Twitter: “The Omicron wave that started three weeks ago in Lebanon is turning into a tsunami.”
He added, “The situation in hospitals and intensive care units is still stable, and capacities are being strengthened. On the other hand, there is an aggravation of the problem of shortage of medicines, especially for the treatment of cancer and recently milk.”
And a white seal, saying: “Why? What next.”
