After extensive investigative work carried out by officials of the Coordination of Investigations of Crimes Against Property of the San Juan Lara Municipal Delegation, a dangerous antisocial individual who carried out multiple robberies in medical centers in the Santa Rosa parish, Iribarren municipality, Lara state, was located and arrested.

Through a thorough film analysis, the creation of portraits, a technical inspection of the crime scenes and criminal investigations, Jeisson Jakdiel Lugo, 43 years old, was identified and arrested.

After determining his criminal responsibility in these events, it was learned that the individual’s modus operandi was to enter medical centers with a firearm in hand, subdue those present and, under threats of death, rob them of valuable belongings and finally flee the scene.

His arrest took place on Lara Avenue and Ecuador Avenue, Santa Rosa parish, Iribarren municipality, Barquisimeto, Lara state, where a firearm and ammunition used to carry out the robberies, a Keeway Horse motorcycle, license plate ACC2L22E, used as a means of commission, and belongings of one of his victims were seized.
