Danbi Kim leaves Shinhan Bank and transfers to Woori Bank FA

After graduating from Myungshin Girls’ High School, she was selected by Guri Kumho Life Insurance with the 2nd pick in the first round of the 2007 rookie draft. Danbi Kim was included in Jisook Kang’s trade at the time and immediately transferred to Shinhan Bank to debut on his WKBL court.

After that, he played only at Zulgot Shinhan Bank until the 2021-22 season. Not only in his team but also in the women’s basketball team, he has been playing an active role as a core force for a long time.

Woori Bank also caught an internal FA. The club also renewed the free agent contract with Lee Sam Choi on the same day.

Choi Yi-Sam signed a two-year contract with a total remuneration of 240 million won (an annual salary of 210 million won, an allowance of 30 million won).
