Collaborating with renowned photographer Steven Klein on his recent project proved to be a uniquely enjoyable experiance for Damiano. When asked about what made it stand out, he remarked, “Steven was a lot of fun. Usually, I don’t like doing photo shoots because they’re extremely demanding, both physically and psychologically. there’s a lot of pressure to get the look just right. This time, though, it was a lot of fun. I’m really satisfied with what we did.”
The shoot featured a harness, an element frequently enough associated with the gay leather scene. When we saw it, we thought, ‘Okay, this could work.'”
Delving into the topic of fashion, damiano described it as a “tool.” He explained, “I care as I care about how I present myself to people, but I wouldn’t call myself a big fashion enthusiast in the sense that I don’t have a culture and knowledge comparable to those of other people. Rather, it’s something I enjoy experimenting with, playing with. In general, I love clothing, I like the fact that different clothes can give different feelings. So,yes,I would say fashion is one effective instrument,an excellent way to communicate. And I like to communicate.”
