The mystery about who will be the next President of Argentina will be revealed this Sunday, when the runoff concludes in which some 35 million people will be able to vote and the results of the last electoral instance of the year are known, which will define which of the two candidates most voted last October will be head of state as of December 10: Sergio Massa, from Unión por la Patria (UxP) or Javier Milei, from La Libertad Avanza (LLA).

There were many athletes and institutions that demonstrated for one candidate or another in recent days.

And now it was the turn of the daughter of a former Argentine national team player, Diego Armando Maradonawho expressed himself on his social networks.

Dalma Maradona made a statement on Instagram in which she called to vote against Milei and pointed out: “It seems unfair to me not to be able to express oneself without receiving hate, but it doesn’t work for me to stay silent either.”

“I deleted and wrote this a thousand times. It seems unfair to me to want to express oneself and not be able to do so without receiving hatred from those who think differently, but it doesn’t work for me to stay silent either. I understand that we are all angry and tired but there are things I can’t negotiate with. There are rights already won with great effort such as the abortion law, ESI and equal marriage that cannot be turned back,” she wrote.
