NEW DELHI – The Dalai Lama has apologized for a video in which he stuck out his tongue to a boy and asked him to suck it. The video, which has been circulated on the Internet, shows the spiritual leader of Tibet kissing a boy on the mouth. Afterwards, the 87-year-old sticks out his tongue and asks the child, “Can you suck my tongue?”
