Which dessert is better, crème brûlée or creamy dessert?

The crème brûlée has 272 calories and the buttercream dessert has 117 calories. Protein: The protein content of crème brûlée is 4.4 and the protein content of dessert cream is 2.9. Carbohydrates: Creme Brulee has 16.6 carbs and Dessert Cream has 18.6 carbs. Lipids: 20.8 for crème brûlée and 3.4 for dessert cream.

Dessert cream obviously! Even though it’s sweet, it’s made with milk, whereas crème brûlée is made with cream (hello calorie bombs). Regardless, we reserve these types of desserts for special occasions and, if possible, make them at home to control the amount (and type) of added sugar.

It works too. Each 100 grams of rice pudding contains 126 calories, 3 grams of lipids, and 21.4 grams of carbohydrates (of which 8.9 grams are starch). As long as you choose a short ingredient list as a reference, it can constitute a filling, minimally processed meal. Processed desserts.

0% white cheese without hesitation! Low in calories, rich in protein, and an effective natural appetite suppressant. Not so with yogurt. Light : Synthetic sweeteners (including aspartame and acesulfame potassium, which increase the risk of cancer), flavor enhancers, and various additives… we avoid them whenever possible.

It works too. 0% faitselle (Rians type), has a fast filling texture, contains 4.5 grams of protein and only 32 kcal per 100 grams.

Are vegan desserts better?

Oh no! They are made from plant juices and are rich in additives, with interesting textures and sugar content to suit consumer tastes. On the other hand, they provide very little protein and calcium, which are the advantages of animal-based dairy products. The only one who stands out? Soy yogurt is relatively rich in calcium. Even better if you choose a product that has no added sugar and is rich in calcium.

Fruit yogurt, which is better, taste or lumpy?

The flavored fruit yogurt has 89 calories and the plain fruit yogurt has 96 calories. Carbohydrates: 12.2 for flavored fruit yogurt and 14.2 for block fruit yogurt. Fiber: 0.17 for flavored fruit yogurt and 0.22 for coarse fruit yogurt.

Flavored fruit yogurt has a slight edge. It’s not a panacea in terms of sugar and calories, but at least flavored yogurt contains few or no additives, and most commonly “simple” natural flavors (vanilla, lemon, strawberry, etc.). This is not the case with yogurt, which is often decorated with modified starches, thickeners, colorings, and its fruit content remains marginal (10% = 12.5 g in a 125 g pot!).

It works too. Some yogurts mentioned as fruit bed only contain full-fat sweetened yogurt and fruit preserves, with little or no additives (original fruit Yoplait Basket, Apricots and Bonne Maman yogurt).

It works too. Petit-suisse has 0% content and is not as popular as skyr, but has almost the same nutritional content and costs less.

Easier to digest, cow yogurt or goat yogurt?

Milk yogurt has 57 calories and goat yogurt has 73 calories. Carbohydrates: 4.7 for milk yogurt and 3.5 for goat yogurt. Lipids: milk yogurt is 3.8, goat yogurt is 4.1.

Goat milk yogurt. But the match is not in terms of lactose levels (both contain lactose), but in terms of protein (around 4g/100g of each). The whey protein in goat’s milk is smaller than the casein protein in cow’s milk, so it is more easily “broken down” and digested by our digestive enzymes.

It works too. Goat’s milk yogurt, whose protein is easier to digest and contains more calcium (but more fat) than cow’s milk yogurt.
