The Corruption Court at the Central Jakarta District Court again held a hearing on alleged bribery cases in handling cases at the Supreme Court (MA), today, Thursday (7/3). Former Independent Commissioner of PT Wika Beton Dadan Tri Yudianto will receive the verdict in this case.
“Agenda for the panel of judges’ decision,” wrote the case tracking information system (SIPP) of the Central Jakarta District Court, Thursday (7/3).
The trial will be held in Soebakti Room 2, at 10.00 WIB. The verdict reading will be held open to the public.
Dadan was sentenced to eleven years and five months in prison and a fine of IDR 1 billion in the alleged bribery case for handling cases at the Supreme Court (MA). The money must be paid within a month after the verdict becomes legally binding.
The prosecutor assessed that all the evidence and witness statements presented in the trial had proven that Dadan had committed corruption in accordance with the first alternative charge. He was also asked to pay a compensation penalty of IDR 7.95 billion.
