On March 21, at the west bank of the Han River, Da Nang, the People’s Committee of Thuan Phuoc ward, Hai Chau district rented a motor vehicle to rake, shovel debris, and dumping rubbish at the end of Nhu Nguyet Street and the vacant lots at the foot of Thuan Bridge. Phuoc.
