The thorny subject of social fraud was invited into the studio of “On Marche sur la tête”, presented by Cyril Hanouna this Tuesday. Daniel, listener of the show and ambulance driver, explains that according to him, the trafficking of vital cards contributes to increasing this fraud.

The subject regularly comes up in public debate: the fight against social fraud. The latter would amount to around 13 billion euros per year, according to the latest assessment of the High Council for Financing Social Protection (HCFPS). Daniel, listener of “On Marche sur la tête”, presented by Cyril Hanouna, is an ambulance driver in Besançon.

In the course of his employment, he noticed that there was also vital card fraud. “I have been an ambulance driver for five years and I realize that in fact, when it comes to vital cards, there is no control. That is to say, you take a vital card with a photo which roughly corresponds, you give the date of birth and off you go, you take care of yourself,” laments the healthcare professional.

When should you use “I’m sorry” instead of “I am sorry”?

The distinction between ‍”I’m sorry” and “I ‌am sorry” mainly lies in emphasis and tone rather than meaning. ‌Both phrases convey an apology,⁣ but “I am ‌sorry” can carry a slightly more ⁤formal ⁣or sincere tone due to the emphasis on “am.” The difference is often more about the context in⁤ which each phrase is used and how they are articulated rather than a difference in their inherent meanings.‌ In casual conversation, “I’m sorry” is perfectly acceptable and understood ⁣as‌ sincere.
