According to the American site DirtTV host Cyril Hanouna has just cracked for a villa located on the heights of Hollywood Hills for the tidy sum of 5.6 million dollars (4.7 million euros). Not sure the producer got a bad deal. He bought the property from a French couple, gallery owners and collectors Jean-Jacques and Julie Darmon, who had opened a gallery in Los Angeles in 2018. In 2007, they had paid the same sum ($5.45 million very precisely 150,000 dollars less) in 2007 to afford this sumptuous residence, all of concrete and glass, located in a private road popular with millionaires.

For this price, the host of “Touche pas à mon poste” will have a 400 m² pied-à-terre with 4 bedrooms, an infinity pool and an impressive waterfall flowing along of the four faces of a concrete column to finish next to the swimming pool. The whole is completed by a spa, not to mention a cinema room, no less than five fireplaces and a luxurious decoration and signed equipment Fendi et Ralph Laurenselon Dirt.
A rapping neighbor
But above all, what makes this accommodation special is the incredible view it offers of the city of Los Angeles. With its huge bay windows, it is a real eagle’s nest giving the impression of floating above the city. Incredible views which we obviously enjoy from the large living room but also from most of the bedrooms and even from one of the bathrooms (see slideshow).
