Cynthia Nixon has opened up regarding the decision to cut Chris Noth from the And Just Like That… finale. She was “glad” regarding it.

“And Just Like That…” star Cynthia Nixon (55) welcomes the decision to cut Chris Noth (67) from the series finale because of abuse allegations. In an interview with “Entertainment Tonight” The actress, who portrays Miranda Hobbes on the show, said, “I think we’re very happy that these changes might be made.” She was “very proud” of the show and didn’t want viewers to be “distracted”.

Allegations of abuse by two women

Noth starred in the first episode of the “Sex and the City” spin-off in his role as John James “Mr. Big” Preston, but died in a serial death. There should have been a brief reunion with the cast member in the season one finale. Noth and “AJLT” leading actress Sarah Jessica Parker (56) shot scenes in Paris for this.

These shouldn’t make it into the final episode now, as “TV Line” reports. Shortly following the first episodes of the series aired in December 2021, two women dumped the actor in a report by “The Hollywood Reporter” sexual abuse. Chris Noth denies the allegations.
