Cyberpunk 2077 will receive ‘new things’ after Phantom Liberty, its only planned expansion

CD Projekt RED has recently presented its financial results for the first half of the year. In a subsequent meeting with investors, the Polish company has spoken about its future plans: In addition to confirming that the version next-gen of The Witcher 3 still scheduled for end of 2022have also anticipated the future that awaits both Cyberpunk 2077 both as an individual game and at the level of intellectual property.

Investors have asked the company if they plan to continue feeding the game with content, to which CD Projekt RED has answered yes, although not with new expansions: “We have decided to develop a large expansion for Cyberpunk that will take advantage of the capabilities of the new generation consoles”, explained Michał Nowakowski, Vice President of Business Development.

Does that mean that Cyberpunk 2077 won’t you get more content after the DLC is released in 2023?
