The Santiago Chamber of Commerce (CCS) reported this Tuesday that in the first Cyber Day of 2022 will participate regarding 800 companies and online stores.
The event will start at 00:00 on Monday, May 30 and will run until Wednesday, June 1.

The CCS detailed that in total there will be 751 eCommerce of companies and 44 foundations, that is, 125 more sites than on Cyber Day at the end of May 2021.
As usual, most of the participants correspond to the clothing, footwear and accessories (113), home (97), health and beauty (86), sports and outdoor (63), and technology (48) areas.
The event will also host 28 companies associated with the Valparaíso and Puerto Montt chambers of commerce.

“As a way to help improve the user experience and address their concerns efficiently, this Cyber Day will once once more feature the implementation of the system ‘Online Resolution’”said the CCS.
It is a platform that seeks facilitate communication between consumers and eCommercemaking a channel available to people to resolve their concerns arising from e-commerce purchases, reaching more than 100 member companies, which can be accessed directly from the official site www.cyber.cl

For this year 2022, the CCS projects that online sales will exceed $12.5 billionequivalent to an increase of 5% in relation to last year, representing 12% of the total commercial sales.
During the last Cyber Day, total sales reached unexpected levels, standing at US$640 million.
For this Cyber Day, however, the CCS anticipated a moderation of the figuresconsidering the extraordinary circumstances that boosted sales from the previous event and the greater reopening of commerce, which is allowing consumers to resume physical shopping habits.
As in previous events, participating companies must comply with the CCS Code of Good Practices for Electronic Commerce, the Good Practices specially designed for Cyber events, and the technical and cybersecurity recommendations promoted by the union.
