Jambi Customs and Excise released exports of 36 tonnes of split betel nuts belonging to PT Rezeki Mandiri Global and 28 tonnes of areca nuts belonging to PT Indria Habi Globalindo to the Indian and Pakistani markets respectively.
According to the Head of the Jambi Customs and Excise Information and Information Services Section, Benny Mauritz Simatupang, the export of MSMEs from Jambi Province adds to their record of brilliant achievements on the international stage. This export is clear evidence that Jambi MSMEs have great potential to continue to develop and contribute to the regional economy.
“We are also committed to continuing to support MSME exports in Jambi. “With adequate facilities and support from various parties, it is hoped that Jambi MSME export commodities can increase,” he said.
