[경기헤드라인=문수철 기자] Ansan City announced on the 12th that Sangnoksu Public Health Center has refurbished the equipment of the smart exercise prescription room that combines IT technology and exercise, allowing any local resident to receive customized smart exercise prescription services.
The ‘Smart Exercise Prescription Service’ is a service that measures your health status and allows you to exercise with a customized exercise prescription without a personal health trainer. ▲Obesity test through body composition (InBody) measurement ▲Life fitness test and joint function test using cutting-edge equipment ▲It is a one-stop intelligent exercise system tailored to one’s physical ability by linking with data results such as smart aerobic and core strength exercises.
Any Ansan citizen can be tested, and it operates on a reservation system (call or visit) every Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Oh Sang-geun, director of Sangnoksu Public Health Center, said, “The incidence of metabolic syndrome (obesity, hyperlipidemia, high blood pressure, diabetes) is increasing due to overnutrition and lack of exercise due to changes in modern people’s lifestyle habits.” He added, “We will continue to improve the physical strength and health of citizens in preparation for the 100-year age.” “We will actively operate various projects that will help.”
Meanwhile, Sangnoksu Public Health Center also operates the ‘Goodbye Obesity, Good Body Exercise Class’ to prevent obesity among local residents and the ‘Find Hidden Muscles’ exercise program to prevent musculoskeletal diseases.
