Among several options, one of them is the Edge Panel – the sidebar that is displayed only when desired, with a short movement of pulling it to the center, being a powerful ally of day-to-day practicality.
On a busy day, how regarding accessing your favorite transportation app with just two taps? Or quickly check the events calendar before RSVPing to a new appointment? Access your contacts, the results of your favorite team’s games and whatever else you want very conveniently using the Edge Panel.
The tools are surprising not only for their ease of use but also for their functionality. This is even the case with the Edge Panel ruler, which helps you measure small things using your smartphone. As well as the surface level, which can be used to level objects and the Compass guides you in the correct direction.

First, find the Edge Panel sign, which will initially be next to the volume buttons. Then drag to the side, pulling from right to left.

Tap the settings button in the bottom right corner of the screen. From there it will be possible to choose which category of panels you want to leave. If you want widgets with animated messages, reminders, contacts or tools with different purposes, just select the category to customize the Edge Panel with these settings.

In addition to editing preferences for the shortcuts you want to add to the Edge Panel, you can style the Edge layout by choosing colors, tones, and styles.
After selecting settings, tap the arrow in the upper left corner next to the word “Panels” to open the bar customization. There, it is possible to activate or deactivate the Edge Panel and also to choose the Edges once more.
